- Ecchu-kami Masatoshi was a forth-born son of Kanemichi(兼道). He had 3 elderly brothers, they’re also swordsmiths. Out of his 4 brothers, he was talented the most, he made swords of a wide variety of Hamon. Not only the Hamons listed above, he left swords of Hamon like SHIZU SABURO KANEUJI(志津三郎兼氏), Kanesada(兼定) and Magoroku Kanemoto(孫六兼元).
